Group Training

Train with purpose. Move with intention.

Our group sessions combine the structure of personal training with the energy of a team. Each 40-minute session includes warm-up and cool down-time and 30 minutes of programmed training. We guide our members towards building strength that carries into everyday life with focus on improving conditioning, movement quality, and long-term consistency.

Programming

Our programming rotates through dedicated training splits including full body strength, upper and lower body, push and pull, and strength with conditioning. Some days you will move through short, powerful intervals. Other days you will slow down and work toward a new 5-rep max. Every session has a purpose and every phase builds on the last.

Workout Floor

You will train in our station-style pod system, a fully equipped space with matching equipment so you can move at your pace while staying connected to the group.

Our Coaches

Coaches are on the floor the entire time adjusting form, guiding weight selection, and teaching the why behind each movement. In peak hours the room carries a strong team energy. In smaller sessions you get even more individual attention. Both environments are built on the same coaching system and the same standard of care.

Your First Visit

Start with a Tribe 101, your first coached session and introduction to our training system. From there, step into group training with a clear plan and a team behind you.
